I bought this Free People mini kilt right before Y2K in the late 90s. It is a vintage pleated skirt with two buttons on the inside for fastening and two leather buckle tabs for flexible sizing. There is also a kilt pin if you want to secure the front flap. Measurements flat:Waist: 15Hip: 18.5Length: 16Looks amazing with boots and very versatile to style with sweaters turtlenecks, cardigans or even Ts for an edgier look.
